Max Eisenberg

Questioning the meaning of an “invisible image” and the purpose of their existence, my work invokes ideas of the unknown and unobtainable.

Born and raised in Miami, FL Max received a BFA in Photography at the University of Florida in 2018 and is currently an MFA candidate at Florida International University. His practice explores the affect of technology on image-making and how it relates to human lives, bodies, and identities, both physically and digitally. With the omnipresent integration of digital technologies into our lives, Eisenberg's work questions how humans interact with and value images, considering the reality of photography and its surrounding vocabulary.
